PES is designed with a local-first approach. The application does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use its core local server functionality.
Information created or managed through PES, such as server configuration, local content, settings, logs, and other application data, may be stored locally on your device.
PES does not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, home address, phone number, or email address through the core local server functionality.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
PES may store application and server-related information locally on your Android device. This can include:
- Server configuration and preferences
- Local database information
- Server logs and status information
- Content or files that you explicitly manage through the app
- Application settings
This information is used to provide the functionality of the application and is not intentionally transmitted to us as part of the core local server functionality.
3. Network and Local Server Access
PES can run a web server on your Android device. Depending on how you configure the server, other devices or applications that can reach the server may be able to access resources that you intentionally make available.
You are responsible for the server configuration, content, network exposure, authentication, and access permissions that you choose.
PES does not control or take responsibility for information that you choose to expose through your locally running server.
4. Internet Connectivity
Some features may require network connectivity. Network traffic generated by the server or by actions you initiate is determined by your configuration and use of the application.
Your mobile carrier or internet service provider may collect and process network information according to its own privacy policy and terms.
5. Third-Party Services
PES may use third-party services when specific features require them. Such services may process technical information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Where third-party services are enabled in a particular version of the application, their processing is governed by the applicable third-party privacy policies in addition to this policy.
PES does not sell your personal information to third parties.

The current version of PES does not intentionally display advertisements.
If advertising is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the application's Google Play disclosures will be updated as appropriate before or when that functionality is introduced.

PES does not intentionally use the core application functionality to track users across unrelated applications or websites.

8. Data Security
We take reasonable measures appropriate to the design of the application to protect information handled by PES.
However, no electronic storage or network transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use appropriate device security, server authentication, network security, and access controls when exposing a local server to other devices or networks.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Information stored locally by PES generally remains on your device until you delete it through the application, remove the relevant content, clear the application's data, or uninstall the application.
Because PES is primarily local-first, we generally do not maintain a separate copy of your locally stored application data on our servers.
10. Children's Privacy
PES is not specifically directed toward children. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children through the core functionality of the application.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that the situation can be reviewed.
11. Your Responsibilities
PES provides tools for running a local web server. You are responsible for the data you store, serve, upload, download, or expose through your server and for complying with applicable laws and the rights of other people.

We may update this Privacy Policy when PES changes or when legal, regulatory, or operational requirements change.
